Sprrintly provides a weekly planner and productivity platform designed to help individuals and teams plan, track, and deliver work. The Service includes our website, mobile applications, and any related software.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Sprrintly Technologies PTY LTD. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Sprrintly a license to use it solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate Sprrintly or another user
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.

7. Free Trial

Sprrintly may offer a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial expires. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

8. Fee Changes

Sprrintly may modify subscription fees with reasonable notice. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sprrintly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
