Account

How do I create an account?

Download Sprrintly from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign in with your Google or Apple account. No additional password or registration is required.

Can I update my account information?

Yes. Go to the Organise tab, tap your profile, and you can update your display name and preferences from there.

How do I delete my account?
Go to the Organise tab, tap your profile, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right, select "More," then tap "Delete Account." Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm. For detailed steps, see our Delete Account page.
I can't access my account. What should I do?

Try signing in again with the same Google or Apple account you originally used. If you still cannot access your account, contact us at support@sprrintly.com and we will help you recover it.

Privacy & Data

What data does Sprrintly collect?

We collect your name and email address (from your sign-in provider), and the content you create in the app such as tasks, notes, and preferences. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the app (such as Firebase for authentication and data storage).

How long is my data retained after account deletion?

Your personal identifiers and user-generated content are deleted promptly. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention, or as required by law.

Is Sprrintly GDPR compliant?

Yes. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@sprrintly.com to exercise your rights.

How can I request my data?

Email us at support@sprrintly.com with the subject 'Data Access Request' and we will provide you with a copy of your personal data within 30 days.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective refund policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly to request a refund.

Will I be charged during the free trial?

No. You will not be charged until your free trial period ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or contact us at support@sprrintly.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Where is Sprrintly based?
