Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Sprrintly account and how your data is handled. This policy is consistent with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
How to Request Account Deletion
Account deletion can be requested directly within the Sprrintly app:
- Open the Sprrintly app and log in to your account
- On the bottom navigation bar, tap the Organise screen
- Navigate to the Profile screen
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner
- Tap More
- Select Delete Account
- Authenticate when prompted
- Tap Delete to confirm
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion and you will receive a confirmation notification.
Scope of Data Deletion
- Personal identifiers — including name and email address
- User-generated content — tasks, notes, weekly plans, activity data
- Account preferences and application settings
Data Retention

Unless a longer period is required by law, retained data will not be held beyond 30 days from the deletion request.
Third-Party Authentication
Sprrintly uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. Deleting your Sprrintly account removes your data from our systems. Manage connected apps via your Google or Apple account settings.
